“St Pancras International” what happened to the customer experience ?

Sorry this is a bit of a personal rant but what a shambles St Pancras International is.  Waiting for my returning wife and three young children in the main concourse is not a pleasant experience bordering on the farcical.

Meetings are the new Prozac in times of recession

Having recently started a new business, or at least given sufficient attention to, having a good meeting can sustain you  for quite a few days during a lull. And lets be honest the whole world seems to be going through a lull.
