Cruinlagh (which means 'to orbit')


Cruinlagh is the UK’s designated exoplanet originally named WASP-13b. It is a large, gaseous planet, found in the Lynx constellation. It is about a third of the mass of Jupiter and takes just 4 days to orbit its host star, known as Gloas originally named WASP-13.


Powered by an automatic movement, with a Manx Gaelic collection name. This name is selected as a tribute to Pupils at Cronk y Berry Primary School in Douglas who submitted suggestions in Manx Gaelic in The UK Exoplanet Naming competition to give a new name to WASP-13b exoplanet.

  • Pynchon accepts the return of any item purchased from the online shop, dependent on the following conditions:


    You must notify Pynchon of your intention to return an item within 7 days of receipt by emailing or calling +44 (0) 7482878079 to receive a returns reference number that must be included with the return.

    The item for return must be received by Pynchon within 7 days of issue of the returns reference number.

    Each unwanted item must be returned in an identical condition to that in which it was received by you, defining this condition as new, unworn, unaltered; displayed in its original packaging with all supplied papers.  For watches this includes: 

    • All packaging boxes

    • Watch wallet or watch roll

    • Dust Bag

    • Technical Notes booklet

    • Warranty Card

    • Any spare strap included in the sale of The Negotium, The Interstellar, and The Orarian models

    • Watch tool

    • Any spare links from altered bracelets.

    • Watches must be returned with the returns tag attached and fully intact.


    Please note: Pynchon inspects all products for quality assurance immediately prior to dispatch.

    All unwanted items must be returned to: Pynchon Watches Ltd. Returns, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

    Unwanted goods must be returned using a traceable, reliable and insured method.  The return postage must be pre-paid and all returned goods must be fully insured for the credit amount you expect.  Should the return parcel incur loss or damage, you will be liable for the costs associated with said loss or damage.

    All items will be thoroughly inspected prior to any refund or exchange being made.  Disregarding original manufacturing defects where relevant: if an item is returned damaged and is in need of any refurbishment, the costs associated with any relevant repairs and/or refurbishment will be deducted from any refund otherwise due to you.

    You may be eligible to exchange an item should any unwanted goods be returned in identical as received.  However, please note that Pynchon is not obliged to agree to make any exchange and is entitled to treat any attempted exchange of goods as a simple return.  Notwithstanding the above, any exchanges are subject to availability (and any balance of the purchase price owed being duly paid together with additional postage and or other dispatch costs of the exchange item).

    Returns made in accordance with these credited to the original payment method and will be made within 14 days from receipt of return.
